What is your policy for damaged products?
All our units are gone through with a fine tooth comb. Any previous damages to the unit is documented and photos taken before the unit is rented. We have inventory lists of all the items that are in each unit.
If damages are done to unit after rental, the unit is taken to the RV Dealership for estimates on the cost of damages. If the amount exceeds the damage deposit, we will require that amount to be paid.
Damage deposits are fully refundable, as long as the following stipulations are met.
The unit must be kept clean and returned in same cleaned condition as received, no shoes, no smoking, no vaping in any unit under no circumstances. The unit is to be returned in same condition received. Fridges are only for food that is for human consumption, no animal food products allowed in any fridges or freezers. All items on the inventory list must be accounted for after rental unit is dropped off or picked up. Tanks are to be emptied prior to unit being picked up or dropped off. If unable to do so, we charge a $50 fee per tank. Propane tanks need to be refilled or topped up after use, receipt will be required upon drop off or pick up.
